Its really easy to shrug documentaries like this off just because they're based in and deal with an American population. I used to.  It is true our U.S. friends have it worse off but we should be learning from them as much as we can, not ignoring reports like this because it only affects people in a distant land.

X-Hack your Health: Part I

Bio-hacking, life-hacking, coffee-hacking;  This '-hacking' business its really trending these days so I've decided to jump on the band wagon and talk about X-hacking. Its basically a way of modifying your life to emulate some of the best X-men. 

The public appeal for Xmen in comics as well as film in TV is that everybody can familiarise with at least one of the varied the characters and their unique struggle as a subplot. Marvel has done really well devoting time to character development and history within the X-Men franchise to allow this connection to grow and thrive.... Unfortunately I'm not going to dissect and evaluate each characters issues, I'm just going to tell you how to be almost as awesome as them by X-hacking you health.
